Anonymous: You are the shallowest person I think I've ever seen! It must suck knowing that your only pretty because of your make up so pathetic!

This was my favorite out of the hate I got for posting the before and after makeup picture.

I really hope this is a troll because “you’re* only pretty because of your makeup.” is one of the best examples for shallow I have ever seen. 

I’m just wondering where I said “Makeup means everything!”, “If you don’t wear makeup you look like crap!”, or “Every girl needs to wear makeup!” ANYWHERE in my post.
Exact quote: “End product, its amazing what makeup does.” as in “Look at how different I look with makeup on.” 

Fact is no one cared I wore makeup until after I posted admitting I did as if it wasn’t already obvious, now I’m somehow superficial for that? In case you didn’t know, most women my age wear makeup, I’M NOT THE ONLY ONE! I know, its mind blowing that our cheeks arent naturally red and our eyes dont come with black on the lids of that.

So now the “OMG you’re so pretty!” turns into “You are such a superficial bitch!”. It wasnt even that big of a deal. 0.0
This is why a good 80% of the people on tumblr are just shit, they always have to find something to hate.
