I dont quite follow what makes me a “fake, superficial bitch”?

Am I fake or superficial because I wear makeup?
If I was so “fake” why would I post what I look like without makeup? Why would I admit how different it makes me look?
I get it, Im fake because I cover up my natural form by putting on makeup, right? Just like you’re fake for wearing clothing because it covers up your natural form, everyone who uses any sort of hair care product is fake, any sort of perfume or soap is fake, toothpaste is fake. Anything that alters, covers up or changes our natural form is “fake”. The home over your head makes you fake, because as human beings we were not originally made with shelter. In fact, living in anything besides pure nature makes you fake.
“Superficial” and “fake” isnt what you put on your body, its a personality trait, its the mindset that what you put on your body and what you look like is everything and if someone doesnt follow this belief they are “ugly” to you. If you knew me, you’d know I far from believe that.
